AUSTELL, Ga. (March 25, 2020) – YKK AP America today adds a black finish to its StyleView® window and door line. The bold new color complements the company’s extensive line of dark exterior finishes, particularly its dark bronze, which rolled out last year. Window dealers, home builders and homeowners alike now have a comprehensive offering of dark, durable finishes for today’s modern home.

The black exterior laminate window provides a dark exterior option with a white vinyl interior. It comes in multiple grille profiles and grid styles including single-hung, casement, picture, geometric, transom, awning, as well as a sliding door.

Four times thicker than paint, exterior laminate is designed to provide surface protection for the full life of the window. YKK AP’s black and dark bronze finishes resist UV degradation, do not fade or chalk, and resist moisture and dryness – even in the harshest, most extreme weather conditions. Black and dark bronze are neutral colors, while serving as a design feature on residential homes and buildings with just the right amount of contrast.
